How to Brew the Perfect Traditional Cup of Heslaa Chai
- Start with Freshness – Pour 1 cup (200–250 ml) of fresh, cold water into a small pot or saucepan. (Never use reboiled water-it dulls the flavor!)
- Add the Soul of Chai – Stir in 2 teaspoons of Heslaa Masala Chai blend -a perfect mix of tea, cardamom, cinnamon, and clove.
- Simmer the Story – Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to awaken the spices.
- Creamy Comfort – Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk (as you like it). Bring to a gentle boil.
- Let It All Come Together – Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until the aroma fills the air.
- Strain & Sweeten – Strain into your favorite cup. Now stir in brown sugar or bee honey-as per your choice-to taste. (Adding sweetener after straining preserves the delicate balance of flavors.)
- Sip & Savor – Breathe in. Sip slowly. Let the warmth wrap around you.
