Delivery policy
Delivery Policy for Canada and USA:
Orders within Canada
Orders are shipped five days a week, Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped from Heslaa Tea via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Courier Service.
Heslaa Tea offers free shipping across Canada for orders over C$ 60. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping rate of C$ 9.50 applies.
Orders to the United States
All orders are shipped from Heslaa Tea via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Courier Service. A flat shipping rate of C$18 applies.
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by U.S. Customs.
For Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can monitor your
shipment using one of the following services:
UPS Tracking: Visit UPS Tracking and enter your tracking number.
Canada Post Tracking: Visit Canada Post Tracking and enter your tracking number.

Please note that we ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided for each
order. If an incomplete or incorrect shipping address is entered, any additional shipping charges incurred will be billed to the customer.

At Heslaa Tea, we trust UPS to deliver our premium Pure Ceylon teas directly to your doorstep with efficiency and reliability. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a
tracking number to monitor its journey.
For UPS shipments, please visit UPS Tracking and enter your tracking number.
For Canada Post shipments, please visit Canada Post Tracking.
Please note that orders can only be delivered to addresses within areas covered by UPS. As such, all prices and special offers available on this site are only applicable for deliveries
carried out by the said courier company. We do not ship to A.P.O. and P.O. Boxes.

Heslaa Tea Refund Policy
At Heslaa Tea, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with your refund request under the following conditions:
Product Return Process The product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective product.
Timeframe for Returns Refund requests will only be processed if the product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Product We cannot accept returns for products that have been
significantly consumed, defined as more than two servings.

Unless otherwise specified, the List Price or Suggested Price displayed for Heslaa Tea products does not include shipping charges and excludes taxes payable to regulatory authorities or customs offices.
For prices displayed in currencies other than U.S. Dollars, these are provided for reference purposes only. The applicable exchange rates at the time of purchase will be determined by the payment gateway and your transacting bank.
